The project developed for the Amazonas Military Police College (PMAM) is a competitive application for “Student Entry and Exit Control” and “Grade and Report Card Control” providing technological solutions that improve school management and security from the students.
Technologies Used:
Web Development: We have created an advanced web platform that serves as the control center for school administration. This platform allows efficient management of student arrivals and departures, as well as monitoring grades and report cards.
SQLite: We use the SQLite database to store and manage student data, grades and report cards. SQLite is a solid choice for mobile applications and web systems, ensuring data security and performance.
Mobile Development: We develop custom mobile applications for Android and iOS devices. These apps allow teachers and school staff to conveniently record student arrivals and departures and access information about grades and report cards in real time.
Biometrics: We implement biometrics technology for secure and effective authentication of students during entry and exit from school. Biometrics offers an additional level of security and accuracy in access control.
Project – Student Entry and Exit Control:
Biometric Authentication: Students are identified through biometric authentication when entering and leaving school, ensuring accurate and secure control.
Entry/Exit Record: The system automatically records the date and time of each student’s entry and exit, providing real-time information to the school administration.
Attendance Reports: We offer detailed student attendance reports, making it easier to identify absences and monitor attendance history.
Project – Control of Grades and Bulletins:
Grade Record: Teachers can enter and update students’ grades through the system, allowing effective monitoring of academic performance.
Generation of Report Cards: The system automatically generates report cards, which can be accessed by students and their guardians, providing transparent communication about academic progress.
Data Analysis (BI): We implement Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities for data analysis, allowing school administration to make informed decisions based on insights generated by academic data.
